About Customer Experience
Customer Experience is at the heart of People's Postcode Lottery, because our players are at the heart of everything we do. In this team you'll work alongside colleagues to keep our players informed, engaged and excited about the prizes they could win and the work of our charity partners that they make possible.
You'll be responding to requests and questions mainly by phone and email. Every month, we get to spread the joy and tell our winners the good news - and you'll play a key role in making those moments memorable.
