We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director whose portfolio responsibilities include Marketing, Communications, Events and Insights as well as the Head of Marketing. In addition to general administrative duties, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, and occasionally taking minutes. You’ll also provide support to the wider team as and when required.
You should have an interest in working for a fast moving and growing organisation, with the ability to build internal networks and knowledge to further support the needs of your portfolio. No two days are the same and therefore you will be required to be proactive with excellent attention to detail, being able to prioritise effectively and manage the needs of your portfolio effectively and proportionately. You will also cover periods of absence of other Personal Assistants and support the wider business needs on behalf of the Managing Directors and leadership team.
